Billing

This will be different for each insurance plan, but typically each patient will be responsible for a copayment at the time of service, which can be paid using cash, check, credit, or debit card.

We also require all patients have a payment method on file.  In order to deliver a more convenient and consistent payment experience, we will securely save your credit or debit card on file to cover any balance due after your insurance benefits are applied.  This policy will help you to simplify how you pay medical bills. For more information on why we do this, visit our billing page.

Please check with your insurance company prior to your visit if you have questions regarding your benefit coverage for urgent care.

We make it even more convenient for you!  For most visits, you will be notified by email in advance of any charges after your insurance is applied and we will automatically charge the credit card we have on file.

If you have additional questions you can always call our office at (928) 846-4343 and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
