Telemedicine

At TrueCare Urgent Care our mission is to provide quality and compassionate care that is convenient and affordable. With that mission in mind, we are excited to provide telemedicine as a fast and easy way to be treated for some of the most common injuries and illness.  We provide the same outstanding care from the convenience of wherever you are located.

How Does It Work

Our staff will verify your information and reach out to you if any additional information is needed.

3

You will receive a link via text message to join a secure video call.

4

You will be greeted by one of our medical providers who will be able to treat you over the video chat.

5

You will receive information about how to login to our online portal to see details about your telemedicine visit.

What Can We Treat

We are able to treat many of the most common injuries and illnesses using a Zoom video phone call.

Please keep in mind that this list represents the types of services that can typically be treated over telemedicine.  Our medical providers may decide that an in person visit is more appropriate to treat your particular injury or illness.

How Much Does It Cost

There are two convenient ways to pay for your telemedicine visit.  Patients that choose to do a telemedicine visit can either pay a one time flat fee of $75 or we do accept most insurance plans.

$75 Flat Fee

If you choose not to use insurance, a flat rate of $75 will be charged at the time of your visit to the credit card you provide.

** If an in person visit becomes necessary, the cost of the visit will change and there may be separate fees for additional services (Lab, X-ray, etc.). Your $75 payment will be applied to your final bill.

Insurance

Please keep in mind if you use an insurance plan, we still ask that you provide credit card information as you may be charged a copay or be asked to pay a deductible depending on your coverage. Please contact your insurance company for more details about your coverage.

We work hard to accept most insurance plans and will keep an up to date list on our website.
